Most subscription businesses don’t lose customers because they stopped liking the product. They lose them to a card that expired, a UPI mandate that was never set up, a renewal reminder that never went out, or a cancel button so hard to find that the customer simply disputed the charge instead. Each of these is a billing problem, and each one is fixable. We build subscription systems that collect renewals automatically, recover failed payments on their own, and let customers change or pause plans without writing to your support team.
Who This Is For
Gyms and fitness studios moving members from cash to auto-pay. Coaching institutes and online course creators selling monthly or yearly access. Membership clubs, newsletters and content platforms. Subscription boxes for food, pet supplies or personal care. Service businesses on annual maintenance contracts. If you are building a full software product with separate customer accounts and team logins, our custom SaaS platform service is the better fit; this page is about getting recurring payments right.
What You Get
Everything between a customer choosing a plan and your bank account receiving the renewal.
- Automatic Renewals That Follow RBI Rules. UPI AutoPay and card mandates through gateways like Razorpay or Cashfree, with pre-debit notifications sent before every charge. For Australian customers, card and direct debit billing through Stripe.
- Any Pricing Model You Need. Monthly, quarterly and annual plans, per-seat or usage-based pricing, add-ons, coupon codes and launch offers. Change prices for new customers while existing subscribers keep their old rate.
- Trials and Upgrades That Convert. Free or paid trials, reminders before a trial ends, and mid-cycle upgrades where the customer pays only the difference for the days remaining.
- A Billing Portal for Your Customers. Customers update their payment method, switch plans, download GST invoices, or pause instead of cancelling, all without contacting you.
- The Numbers That Matter. Monthly recurring revenue, churn, upcoming renewals, failed payments and revenue by plan, on one dashboard you can read in a minute.
- Failed Payment Recovery. Smart retries, reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp with a one-tap link to fix the payment, and a grace period before access stops, so a declined card doesn’t turn into a lost customer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a full SaaS platform or just subscription billing?
If you already have a product, website or app and only need customers to pay on a recurring basis, subscription billing is enough. Gyms, coaching institutes, membership clubs, subscription boxes and content businesses usually fall here. If you are building the software product itself, with separate customer accounts and team logins, you need a full SaaS platform.
Can customers pay through UPI AutoPay?
Yes. Customers approve a UPI AutoPay mandate once in their UPI app, and renewals are collected automatically after that. We also support card mandates, and in Australia, card and direct debit billing through gateways like Stripe.
How do RBI rules on recurring payments affect my business?
In India, recurring card and UPI payments need a registered mandate, and customers must be notified before each charge. Renewals above the RBI limit need the customer to approve that payment. We build these rules into the billing flow using RBI-compliant gateways such as Razorpay or Cashfree, so renewals don’t fail for compliance reasons.
Can you add subscriptions to our existing website or app?
Yes. We can connect a billing system and customer portal to what you already have, so members log in as usual and see their plan, renewal date and invoices in one place.
What happens when a renewal payment fails?
The system retries the payment on a schedule you set, sends the customer reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp with a link to update their payment method, and gives a grace period before access is paused. Most failed payments are recovered this way without anyone on your team stepping in.
